Shelly A. Moore, CAWA, President/CEO of the Humane Society of Charlotte

I have known Beth since I took over my role with the Humane Society of Charlotte. She has been a tremendous volunteer and has served on our Gala Committee since its inception three years ago and Chaired sub-committees. She is passionate about animal welfare and is committed to helping smaller organizations be in a better position to help more animals. This support is much needed in our area.

Cinnamon Ellison of Great Dane Friends of Ruff Love:

I have had the pleasure of working with Beth for several years and have found her to be a great help and resource.  We met when she and her family adopted their first Dane and we have kept in touch and she started fostering for me and GDFRL.  If they have a spot they are always willing to help and take on a foster whether it’s a senior dog or a young pup!  They do a great job of socializing their foster dogs and help make them the well rounded dog they ned to be before going to their forever homes.  I am very excited to work with Road to Home Canine Refuge and I think it is going to be a great partnership! It will also help to provide more exposure for our rescue dogs and hopefully help them find forever homes! I think the goals Beth has set for helping the local animal communities are great and will help to make it possible for more rescues to work together and not against each other.  I am very fortunate to have her as one of my volunteers and fosters and I can’t wait for us to work together on events and fundraising!
